The workbook is a spreadsheet based file that allows a reseller to enter their sales, inventory and expense for multiple years. Tracking this data will allow the workbook to do the work for you to summarize key metrics and see your sales, profitability, cash flows and much more by month, by platform. Additionally, there are over 40 charts and tables that summarize your data and can easily be adjusted to analyze your sales and inventory.

The QUICK REFERENCE tab allows you to check the potential profit on an item based on the item cost and expected sale price, as well as allow you to quickly look up your items by Item# to find out what you paid, when you bought it and where it’s located without scrolling through your list of inventory.
The DASHBOARD displays your major metrics from the SUMMARY tab, such as Gross Sales, Profit, Average Sales Price, Items Bought, Items Sourced, Cash Flows and much more in chart form. See these metrics by year, by platform and by sales type as well on the Summary tab broken down by month.
The Sales tab is a running SALES TRACKER that works for up to 10 different platforms of your choice and allows you to input sales across multiple years. Specifically optimized for the Poshmark Sales Report (paste & go!) and easy to use with the Mercari Sales Report. Entering sales data for other platforms is made easier with special features. The workbook also includes fields to identify and track the different eBay/PayPal fees to determine true profit on eBay sales.
The Inventory tab allows you to extensively track and manage your inventory. It is designed for a fashion reseller with fields for clothing item category, color, size, etc. It automatically updates the status of inventory when sale is entered into the Sales sheet. The workbook also considers items kept for personal use or donated.
The EXPENSES tab provides fields for you to enter and categorize your non-inventory expenses so it can be considered as part of your monthly cash flows.
INVENTORY DASHBOARD with multiple charts breaking down your on hand inventory. There is also a separate tab to analyze your Poshmark Inventory Report at a point in time.
Additional tabs offer a wide range of tables and charts that help you analyze your sales by Category (12 charts), by Brand (10 Pivot Tables), by Promotion (5 charts), by State (with a map only available in Google Sheets), by Platform (4 charts), by Year (6 charts), and by Repeat Customer.
If you sell on consignment, the workbook comes with a CONSIGNMENT REPORT page to keep track of the sales you make for your consignment clients and when you have paid them. Just duplicate the tab with each additional client.
